Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 4, 2026 • Version 1.0

1. Core Philosophy: Privacy by Design

At KitchenFlow (distributed on the Apple App Store as KitchenFlow: Recipe Timers), we believe your personal recipes, cooking habits, and kitchen workflows belong exclusively to you. KitchenFlow was engineered from the ground up using Apple's modern on-device SwiftData architecture. We do not sell your personal data, we do not track you across third-party websites or applications, and we do not host external tracking databases.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

  • No Personal Identity: We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
  • No Audio or Voice Storage: Hands-Free Voice Control processes commands locally on-device using Apple Speech and On-Device Siri Intents. No audio recordings or voice transcripts are ever transmitted to or stored on third-party servers.
  • No Third-Party Ad Trackers: The application contains zero advertising SDKs or data brokers.

3. Data Storage & iCloud Sync

Your recipes, timers, interval alerts, and cooking logs are stored locally on your device via SwiftData. If you enable iCloud sync (available in KitchenFlow Pro), your data is securely synchronized across your own Apple devices using your private Apple iCloud container (CloudKit). This data is encrypted end-to-end and is accessible only by your Apple ID. KitchenFlow developers have no access to your iCloud data.

4. Purchases & StoreKit 2

In-app purchase transactions for KitchenFlow Pro ($2.99 one-time purchase) are processed directly by Apple through StoreKit 2. We never handle or receive your payment card numbers, billing addresses, or financial data. Apple securely manages purchase verification and family sharing according to their privacy standards.
